The BREVITY Writing Load Check is an educational self-assessment. Here is what it does and does not collect.

What we collect

Your answers to the ten check questions and the resulting profile labels, an anonymous session identifier, and standard campaign attribution (which ad or message brought you here). We use this in aggregate to understand which messages reach reporters who find the check useful, and to improve the product.

What we do not collect

No email address is required to take the check or view results. We do not collect transcript text, attorney information, case details, or any other job-confidential content. The optional “Email Me My Results” button opens your own email client — the results are composed on your device and nothing is sent to us.

What the results are not

Results are descriptive product language, not a scientific or psychological measurement. Aggregate answers are a self-selected sample and are never treated as research about the court-reporting profession.
